A Summer inspired menu included build your own burger from fresh local ingredients with ALL the favorite fixin’s. And for dessert, little bite sizes sweet treats and take away fruit crumble.

The bar team had custom cocktails and regular favorites on tap and the whole event wrapped up with their “own personal” show from the Blue Angels much to the delight of all the big and little guests.

Roast Seared Lamb

Roasting lamb so it is medium rare and still retains its delicious flavor and texture requires a delicate touch.

Cutlets are stripped so that the meat remains moist, and they present well. Each cutlet is carefully released by sharp knife and presented on a bed of Fava beans.

Birthday in Sonoma

This private estate was the selected setting for an important milestone, a 50th birthday celebration.

The private estate featured a summer alcove laced with vines and housing a chandelier, mood lighting and a rustic table decorated with local blooms.

The meal was a refreshing menu of light local organic heirloom favorites carefully crafted to delight the palate. A selection of local wines helped wash down the delicious meal.

With a few grown up helpers and lots of construction components, all the gear like gingerbread walls and icing to keep it together, lots of sweet fixtures as the houses took shape and glowed for everybody.

Of course, everybody needed something to keep them going, so freshly made tea sandwiches, cakes, cookies and a festive fruity mocktail were ready to help keep the busy builders fed and happy.
