The name “Revel” was born in 2013 over a dinner with friends—a lively, memorable moment that reflected the very nature of our budding catering company. “Revel” means to enjoy oneself in a lively and noisy way and to derive great pleasure from an experience—perfectly encapsulating our company’s mission: to create events where joy is contagious and details are deeply felt.

Meet Heidi
HEIDI BERENJFOOROSH, FOUNDER
Heidi’s love for hospitality began in college as a catering server and quickly grew into a passion for events. After honing her skills in client management and logistics at Robert Fountain International, she met Chef Desmond Arp—and Revel Catering was born.
Today, Heidi channels her expertise through Revel Catering, Experient Events, and Catering Provisions, uniting her love of food, business, and unforgettable experiences.

CHEF DESMOND ARP, FOUNDER
Chef Dez began cooking professionally at just 14, building a career that took him from luxury lodges in Utah to catering kitchens across the country. Along the way, he discovered his passion for creativity, collaboration, and the fast pace of events—and eventually met Heidi, his partner in life and business.
Today, Dez channels his love of flavor and mentorship through Revel Catering and Catering Provisions, leading a team that thrives on passion, teamwork, and innovation.

We are proud to be able to both foster and mentor those who are new to the catering industry, as well as drawing in catering veterans who bring combined decades of experience to our team.
